It is with mixed emotions that I announce the end of the first GradStart programme to run in Oxfordshire, but don’t worry the next one is coming up in May (see details below).

 

Once a month, for the past year, young employees from a number of companies have been descending upon the Oxford Science Park to participate in the GradStart – business and soft skills programme.

 

Here’s what some of them said about it:

  • capable in their abilities, and knowledgeable when to use them.

I am delighted to announce that the next GradStart programme starts on the 10th of May.

 

Working with your young employees we will enable them to develop a wide range of skills and understanding in ten functional areas including:

 

  • customer, industry and financial awareness
  • team-working
  • problem solving
  • interpersonal skills
  • management and so on.
